Allison Mulligan

Allison Mulligan grew up in Dayton, Ohio. She served in the Navy for four years. While enlisted in the Navy, she was stationed at the Naval Base in San Diego, onboard two warships (an amphibious assault ship and a guided-missile destroyer), and deployed three times. While deployed, she was in charge of replenishment-at-sea detail, flight and small boat operations. After discharge, she moved to the Metropolitan DC area to expand her horizons and identify her next challenge.

Allison developed a passion for health and wellness through her own journey to find peace and balance in her life. She hopes to share this passion with others. Allison learned about Dog Tag through her volunteer work in the DC area and is excited for the opportunities for growth and development that the program offers. 

 Her favorite baked treat is a dark chocolate brownie a la mode.
