Refund policy
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your package arrives damaged, late, or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying for a new package.
