Favorite Baked Goods
Pizzelles and Cannolis
Anne Mikaelsen lives in beautiful west Michigan. She attended Baker College, where she received a Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding. Following graduation, Anne worked at the local hospital until she left to become a stay-at-home mom.
Anne is a proud mom to two amazing boys and a wife and caregiver to her disabled Army veteran husband. Anne has spent the past 14 years raising her boys and caring for her husband, while also starting a small reselling business out of her basement.
Anne heard about the Dog Tag Fellowship Program through Wounded Warrior Project. After learning more about the program, it seemed like the perfect fit for Anne as a way to continue to build her business while also working on herself. What really stood out to Anne was not just the fellowship's focus on education, but also on well-being and self reflection.
Anne loves to bake; she finds it very therapeutic. Her favorite baked goods are pizzelles and cannolis.
