Jessica Marin

Jessica Marin is a Colombian immigrant who has called Maryland home since 2006. Graduated High School in her home country, she was pursuing her law degree when motivated by a deep curiosity and a desire to embrace a new language and culture, she embarked on a journey from ground zero, relentlessly pushing herself to learn a new language but also to uncover opportunities for personal and professional growth. Trained as a medical assistant, Jessica dedicated years to the healthcare field before undergoing a career transition that led her into the dynamic realm of dentistry. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jessica is deeply committed to her marriage of 13 years to a Navy veteran.

Inspired by her husband's service and motivated by his encouragement, she applied to the Dog Tag program. Jessica is an avid animal and nature enthusiast, embodying an altruistic spirit with a strong belief in social responsibilities. Her analytical mindset, coupled with an insatiable thirst for new projects will be the perfect match in conjunction with the resources and knowledge the Dog Tag program offers to bring her business acumen to the next level. Her favorite baked good, a guava pastry found on every corner in Colombia, holds a special place in her heart.
