Windy Rudd

Windy Rudd, a San Diego native, is driven by exploration and personal transformation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and is a self-directed learner of comparative religions, mind-body connection, and psychology. Getting married to a Coastie began an adventurous journey with the motto “Home is wherever the Coast Guard sends us.”

Twenty-six years and eight duty stations later, she continues to welcome the growth that comes with each new location. Every duty station provided Windy with unique professional experiences. She has worked as an apartment manager, youth group minister, executive assistant at a global startup, admin assistant at a disaster relief non-profit, and assistant for a college admissions counselor. These roles have equipped her with diverse skills and a broad perspective.

Windy discovered Dog Tag Fellowship through Amplify with Hiring Our Heroes and eagerly embraced the opportunity for personal and professional development. Passionate about being a contributor, she plans to leverage her Dog Tag training to bring beauty to herself and those around her.

Her favorite baked goods are hot chocolate chip cookies.
